Close your Platonix account from the app, or ask us to delete it from the website.

In the iPhone or Android app

  1. Go to Profile → Account & Security.
  2. Under Danger zone, tap Delete account and confirm.

You're signed out and can no longer sign in with that account.

On the website

Go to [Support](/support), choose Request account deletion in the contact form and send it from the email address of your account. We confirm by email when it's done.

> To have your personal data erased or exported, write to dataprotection@platonix.ch. Purchases and invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
