Host an open room or a stage

Record, manage who can speak and share, answer raised hands and end the session for everyone.
Join your own event from its event page. You enter as the host.
Open room
- Record / Stop recording: a red pill shows while recording.
- Raised hands: approve or decline from the participant list.
- Per person: give or remove mic and camera access, allow screen sharing, or remove them from the meeting.
- End for all closes the session for everyone. Leave only takes you out.
Stage
- Raised hands appear in a queue. Approve adds the person to the stage; Deny declines.
- Add to stage / Remove from stage from the participant list.
- More → Access sets who may use mic, camera and screen share. More → Record records the stage.
Good to know
- Attendees always join muted with their camera off.
- When you remove someone's mic or camera, their button locks and shows why.
- Interactive sessions hold up to 250 people, with up to 25 cameras on at once.
