Register or buy a ticket, check your camera and microphone, and join from the lobby, on the web or in the app.

Browse the homepage, search titles and channels from the top bar, or open a creator's channel page.

Register or buy a ticket

  1. Open the event page.
  2. Click the button on the right:
  • Register for free events.
  • Request access if the host approves attendees. You'll see Waiting for approval until they do.
  • Pay for paid events. You confirm on a secure Stripe page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more) before you're charged. In India you pay through PhonePe.
  1. Turn on Remind me to get reminders before it starts.

> Some events also offer a cheaper Watch live ticket: you watch the broadcast without joining the room.

Join

  1. From 5 minutes before the start, the button changes to Join early on the website (Join — starting soon in the apps), and to Join now once the session is live.
  2. If the host hasn't started yet, you wait in the lobby. It brings you in automatically when they start, so there's no need to refresh.
  3. Allow camera and microphone access when your browser or phone asks. See [Allow camera and microphone access](/support/guides/allow-camera-and-microphone) if you blocked it by mistake.
  4. Check your devices, then enter:
  • Website, open room: on Device settings, pick your microphone, speaker and camera, then click Join meeting.
  • Website, stage: on Ready to join?, pick your camera and microphone, then click Join Meeting.
  • iPhone and iPad, open room: on Ready to join?, test your mic and camera, then tap Join now. A stage opens directly.
  • Android: check your camera and the mic level bar, then tap Join now.
  1. You join muted with your camera off, whatever you chose on the check screen.

During the session

  • Mute / Unmute (Mic in the apps) turns your microphone on and off.
  • Video (Camera in the apps) turns your camera on and off.
  • Raise asks the host for a turn to speak. See [Raise your hand and speak](/support/guides/raise-your-hand).
  • React sends a quick emoji, and Chat lets you type to everyone.
  • More has your participant list and device settings. See [Choose your microphone, speaker and camera](/support/guides/change-audio-and-video-devices).
  • Leave ends the session for you. You can rejoin while it's still live.

> Watching a broadcast (Watch live) needs no camera or microphone. You get the video, chat, full screen and picture-in-picture.
