Pay for events, videos and journeys

Choose a payment method, see exactly what you pay, and find your receipts and invoices.

Pay

  1. Open the event, video or journey and click the price button (Get access, Pay … · Join or Unlock).
  2. Choose a payment method. The list depends on your country; the Recommended one is first. Card payments go through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more). In India you can pay with PhonePe or Razorpay, and you're asked for your State for GST.
  3. Check the breakdown: ticket price, platform fee, tax and the Total you pay.
  4. Click Pay and confirm on the secure payment page. You come back to Platonix automatically.
  5. When the payment is confirmed you see You're in! Access unlocked.

> In the iPhone app you can buy event tickets. Videos and journeys are bought on the website.

Your purchases and invoices

  • Website: profile menu → My Purchases.
  • Apps: Profile → Purchases.

Each purchase shows Paid, Pending, Failed or Refunded. Click Invoice to download it.
