Create your free account or sign in with a 6-digit code, Google or Apple. There is no password to remember.

There's no separate sign-up and no password. The first time you sign in, we create your account for you. Use the same email (or the same Google or Apple account) everywhere and you'll see the same tickets, purchases and profile on the web and in the apps.

On the website

  1. Go to [Sign in](/login).
  2. Under Email or Phone Number, enter your email, or your phone number with its country, and click Continue.
  3. We send you a 6-digit code by email or SMS. Type it in: if you already have an account, you're signed in as soon as you enter the last digit.
  4. New here? Also enter Your name, tick I agree to the Privacy Policy, and click Continue.

Prefer not to type a code? Click Continue with Google or Continue with Apple instead.

> No code yet? After 60 seconds click Resend code. Typed the wrong address? Click ← Change.

In the iPhone and iPad app

  1. Open Platonix. On Welcome to Platonix, enter your email and tap Continue.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code from the email. Your iPhone can fill it in from Mail, or tap Paste code from clipboard.
  3. New here? On What should we call you?, enter your name and tap Continue.

You can also tap Continue with Google or Sign in with Apple.

> The iPhone app signs in with email, Google or Apple (not with a phone number). Need a fresh code? Tap Use a different email, then Continue again.

In the Android app

  1. Open Platonix and tap Get started (or Sign in if you already have an account).
  2. Choose Email or Phone, enter it, and tap Continue.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code. SMS codes fill in automatically; it signs you in once all six digits are in.
  4. New here? On Welcome to Platonix, enter your name and tap Continue.

You can also tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. No code yet? Tap Resend code, or Use email / phone to change the address.

Tips

  • Emails come from no-reply@platonix.ch. Check your spam or promotions folder if the code doesn't arrive.
  • Codes expire after a few minutes. Request a new one if yours has.
  • If you use Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, keep using Apple to sign in, so you always reach the same account.
