Get the Platonix app on iPhone and Android

Platonix works in any web browser and in our apps for iPhone, iPad and Android phones. Use the same email, Google or Apple account everywhere and you see the same tickets, purchases, journeys and profile.

Install

• iPhone and iPad: search for Platonix in the App Store (iOS 17 or later).
• Android: search for Platonix in Google Play (Android 8 or later; live stages need Android 9 or later).

Sign in

1. Open the app and tap Sign in (Android: Get started or Sign in).
2. Enter your email (or phone number) and tap Continue.
3. Type the 6-digit code we send you. You can also use Continue with Google or Sign in with Apple.

Turn on notifications

After you sign in, the app asks to send notifications. Tap Allow to get reminders before events you registered for and news from channels you follow. You can change this later in your phone's Settings → Notifications → Platonix.

Open links in the app

When someone shares a Platonix link with you (a video, an event or a channel), tap it and it opens straight in the app. If you're not signed in yet, the app opens it right after you sign in.

Find your way around

The tabs at the bottom are Home, Explore (search), Bytes (short videos), Journeys and Profile. The bell at the top of Home shows your notifications, and the sparkle opens Memi, your AI companion.
